Its hard enough to drive in the rain. And you want to make it a daily driver in the snow are you crazy! Yeah my Z is my only car too but luckily I live in Oklahoma where we only get snow and ice a few times in the winter. I learned my lesson with the Z and snow or even worse ICE! Yeah this last winter it snowed and i had a 10:30 class to get to, my dad had aready been out and back that morning and he said the main roads were clear so i figure what the heck, i hop in my z warm it up and throw i in reverse and ease out the clutch, car gos nowhere, its ideling and the rear wheels are spinning in place. The car starts to slide sideways down our driveway towards the Lexus parked next to it. I have no control whatsoever. SO i push in the clutch and take it out of gear shut the car off and pray to god i dont damage two beautiful cars at once. Luckily my dad came over and got inbetween the two cars and kept them from smacking into each other. My mom saw what happened and insisted i take her 4x4 blazer which got around perfectly, dident even spin a tire. I just leave the Z in the garage ever since then when it snows or ices. Maybe you could get around in a really good set of snow tires and chains, but man its not worth risking your life. You shouldent have donated that older caddie to charity, cause i would seriously consider using a different car.

: How does the 300Z handle in snow!!?!? I just realized, im selling my Deville, probably selling my Cutlass within a month, gave my Delta to charity a few months ago! I have no other car!! So am I stuck with a 300+hp RWD car in the middle of winter, with 5 inches of snow?? : And no, i will not buy a POS. Why? Because its not worth it to me. Id rather invest the money into a Z or another Caddy or an Aurora or something, which would be a very large financial strain. : Or am I freaking out about anything??
